I love Bloomex

I love Bloomex. There were a couple glitches I think when y'all were going through growing pains, but I really like the quality of the flowers. They're beautiful and stay fresh forever. Bloomex is my go to for flowers. :)

I bought tulips for my sisters birthday…

I bought tulips for my sisters birthday and my mother for Mother’s Day. The website made it easy to narrow options down and to place two different order with two different delivery dates and locations. The flowers they received were beautiful. I’ve already been spreading the word on Bloomex Company.

Recipient loved the large blooms

Recipient loved the large blooms. Flowers (lilies) came individually netted and protected. Highly scented, good quality.

Issue was taken care of but I think…

Issue was taken care of but I think there should be a notification sent out when your monthly choice is no longer available, instead of just picking something else for us.

Disappointment does not express how I feel...

You get five stars for previous orders that I was extremely satisfied with but if I could give you 0 for two orders in the past year, I would. Last year I ordered gift basket and flowers, days prior to Mother's Day, told they would have it to my Mom, on time. Was called again the day before scheduled delivery and told, it arrive the day after Mother's day!?! The representative who called asked if I wanted the order cancelled...ARE YOU SERIOUS ?!? Already too late to find another florist!
Now she's in hospital, 81 with a broken hip, so I order another basket and was told I had no choice what went into it...not the case with previous order. I told your agent, chocolate and cheese as a suggestion and I ordered flowers as well. Agent asked if I wanted a mason jar for the flowers said the vase that came with them was plain. At no time was I told it was an upgrade or I would be charged more but I was. Again, the day before the delivery, a rep. called, another 3 days before you could deliver then asked if that was ok...you've got to be kidding me and I cancelled the order. SHAME ON YOU! Your mission statement is plastered over your website but you can't deliver, at least not in my case.
Please know that I am in Ontario and my mother in Nova Scotia and I can't go home! Can't be with her in hospital but I thought I could give her something beautiful to look at and some treats in hopes they might cheer her. Hospital called today, no point in sending anything now, she is being transferred to another hospital, soon.
The order was placed on the 14th before 4pm, it qualified for your 1 day delivery. I would have excepted Sun the 16th had it been offered or paid extra for delivery to get it there on time but Tuesday the 18th was, in my opinion, unacceptable.
Perhaps you will consider this a 'useful review', as an owner/operator of a retail store in the past, this I would consider a most useful review.

Don’t purchase from Bloomex

Don’t purchase from Bloomex. I repeat- do NOT but from them. My husband ordered $80 worth of flowers with an upgraded case. What arrived were a few faded stems, petals falling off wrapped in an elastic band sitting in a white plastic grocery store bag. The dollar store vase was lying in the box. No water. No plant food. Customer service is terrible. They don’t answer the phone. Take days to respond to emails and have only offered a credit. Who wants a credit to order from a company that delivers dead garbage? I even tried DMing them on IG and their social media is offline

Post Mother’s Dat disappointment

Though my son paid the full Mother’s Day price, my bouquet arrived late Monday night and the delivery person didn’t bother/dare to ring the doorbell. The more delicate flowers in the bouquet were bruised and the roses were of poor quality. Terrible service all ‘round. Avoid Bloomex.

The worst...

The worst experience ordering flowers. I was told by 2 different employees that I had 3 options with my purchase, 11 minutes after placing an order

1) cancel and be charged $25
2) make any changes to the order, but be charged $10 if I take longer than an hour to make said changes
3) make those changes but if my edited purchase doesn't match the cost of the original I don't get refunded they keep the difference

No one actually tried to help me when I told them their site didn't note certain things with the specific order I put through. I mentioned I wanted to still send out an order but I needed to make adjustments and that's what they offered me.

This is an awful company- Buyer's beware!

This is an awful company. I ordered flowers for my mom on Mother's Day and pay an additional fee of $18.98 to get the flowers delivered between 9-12 on May 9. It is now 5:47pm (outside of the delivery time) and the flowers have not been delivered. When I went on Bloomex's website I spoke to "Jon" as a live agent and they ghosted me in the middle of the call.
I then reached out by phone where no one answered.
I also reached out by email.
I then reached out again by Live Chat where I got "Jon" again and he transferred me to Ksenia. Not only was this agent extremely rude (see pics below), she informed me that they would not give me a refund and my flowers would be coming tomorrow. I had explained to her that I had paid extra for my flowers to be delivered and she said there was nothing she could do as the flowers are on there way......tomorrow. She continued to get extremely rude and defensive!
Funny thing, my husband is sitting beside me filing another complaint as he ordered two bouquet's, one for me and one for his mom, paid extra to have them delivered in the morning and they came at 5pm and the other bouquet is still "in packaging". On the flowers I did receive, the message was written on the card upside down. This company seriously doesn't care..
I don't know how else to say this buuuuut.... this company is a scam! You are more likely to win a free cruise via telephone than you are getting your flowers from this company.
I strongly advise you to stay away.
My poor mom got nothing for Mother's Day!
If they do anything about my order I will update my review.

You have to talk to a robot named "John" via online chat to then ask for a customer service operator who limits what you can say in the chat aside from clicking yes or no options pretty much.
